what are the lyrics you have tattooed on your arm?
the lyrics are “I have seen your nine to fives wash away your dreams”
The backstory is that I had been working I job that made me really unhappy. I randomly went to a Brandi Carlile concert, never having heard of her before. She sang those lyrics, and I just felt like someone punched me in my stomach. I quit my job.
Lauren’s tattoo is one of my favorites.
