Last night, Sarah threw me a surprise going-away party at the Frying Pan!

I have no words. It was amazing. So many of my closest friends, all in one place, for me!

I felt pretty damn loved.

When explaining to someone new where I am from and where my family lives, I often say that I’m all alone over here in the States. But that’s not true at all. I have a big massive family of kind, interesting and fun folks who would show up in full force to see me off.

It’s a good thing I’m coming back. With an accent and a tan.
