This weekend…Melissa, Erin, Katie and I headed out to Asbury Park, NJ to meet up with Kelly, Sarah and Jon for Barefoot Wine’s Beach Rescue Concert benefiting the Surfrider Foundation.
We had grand plans to play around in the surf and take in some major sun. Unfortunately, the weather gods had other plans.
The rain spoiled our photo trip but I managed to get a few anyway. Mel took a lot more and they are fantastic, as always.

Annual tattoo festival held in March, 50 km outside of Bangkok, at the Wat Bang Phra Temple.
…the ceremony is quite a spectacle and the place to witness “Khong Khuen” (animal Spirit possession), when tattooed men are “possessed” by the spirit of their tattoos.

Minnesota?
In one month, Melissa, Emily and I will be descending on the bustling metro of Minneapolis to support our friends Matt and Maddy at the Liz Logelin Foundation Annual 5K and Gala.
The LLF provides financial support to families who have lost a spouse, life-partner or parent as the cope with their loss and begin to move forward. Matt started the foundation after his wife Liz passed away, following the birth of their beautiful daughter Madeline, in March ‘08.
If you live in or around Minneapolis, please consider joining us for the 5K on Saturday, September 19th and/or the Gala on Sunday, September 20th.
